Thank you for shopping with Wild & Wicked Scent Company Ltd.

As many of our products are handmade and made to order, please read the following information regarding processing and delivery times before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are prepared and packed by hand.

Estimated processing times are:

  • Candles: Up to 14 days before dispatch
  • Reed Diffusers: Up to 7 days before dispatch
  • In-Car Diffusers: Up to 7 days before dispatch

These processing times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, seasonal demand or promotional events.

Where an order contains multiple products, dispatch may occur once all items are ready.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands.

Delivery Services

We use trusted delivery partners including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD

We reserve the right to use alternative delivery providers where necessary.

Available delivery options will be displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Delivery
  • Express Delivery

Express Delivery

Where available, express delivery applies to the shipping service selected after dispatch.

Express delivery does not reduce the processing time required to prepare handmade products unless expressly stated otherwise.

For example, a candle requiring up to 14 days processing will still require preparation before being passed to the courier, regardless of the delivery service selected.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the selected delivery method, order size and delivery location.

All delivery costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us at:

We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Photographs of the damaged item;
  • Photographs of the packaging where applicable.

This helps us investigate the matter quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate when placing an order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.
