By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Customer Eligibility

Our products are intended for purchase by consumers for personal use.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe products are being purchased for resale without prior agreement.

There is no minimum age requirement for purchasing products from our website. However, candles and other fragranced products should be used responsibly and in accordance with all safety instructions provided.

Burning candles must be kept away from children and pets and should only be used under appropriate adult supervision.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an acknowledgement that your order has been received. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Wild & Wicked Scent Company Ltd is formed only when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where:

• Products are unavailable or out of stock;
• A pricing, product description or website error has occurred;
• Payment cannot be authorised or verified;
• Fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful activity is suspected;
• We are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers.

Accepted payment methods may include major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other payment methods made available at checkout from time to time.

Prices displayed on the website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands.

Orders are dispatched using trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail and DPD. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery services where necessary.

Processing Times

As many of our products are handmade and made to order, dispatch times vary depending on the product ordered.

• Candles: up to 14 days processing time before dispatch.
• Reed diffusers and in-car diffusers: up to 7 days processing time before dispatch.

Estimated processing times are provided as a guide and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery Options

Where available, customers may choose between standard and express delivery services at checkout.

Express delivery applies only to the shipping service selected and does not reduce the stated processing time required to prepare handmade products for dispatch unless expressly stated otherwise.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the delivery provider.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging to assist with our investigation.

Where an item is confirmed as lost in transit or damaged before delivery, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

5. Returns and Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once cancellation has been requested, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days.

Change of Mind Returns

We will accept returns where:

• The item is unused;
• The item is in its original packaging where possible;
• The item remains in a resaleable condition; and
• The return request is made within the applicable cancellation period.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods where the return is due to a change of mind.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used reed diffusers;
• Opened or used in-car diffusers;
• Burned, used or altered candles;
• Any personalised, bespoke or custom-made products (where offered in future),

unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs where appropriate.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Where applicable, we will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.

6. Product Safety and Limitation of Liability

Product Safety

All products supplied by Wild & Wicked Scent Company Ltd include appropriate safety information and should be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all safety warnings and usage instructions before using any product.

In particular:

• Candles should never be left unattended whilst burning.
• Candles should be kept away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts and heat sources.
• Candles should be placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface during use.
• Reed diffusers and in-car diffusers should be kept out of the reach of children and pets and used in accordance with the supplied instructions.
• Products should be stored in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Limitation of Liability

Wild & Wicked Scent Company Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from:

• Failure to follow supplied safety instructions;
• Misuse, abuse or improper storage of products;
• Use of products for purposes other than those intended;
• Modifications or alterations made to products after delivery.

Our liability for any claim arising from the purchase of our products shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• Any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Product Descriptions and Variations

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other content displayed on our website are accurate.

However, due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations may occur between products and batches. Such variations may include, but are not limited to:

• Colour and appearance;
• Wax finish and texture;
• Fragrance strength and scent perception;
• Packaging presentation.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

While we strive to represent products accurately, actual colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and the handmade production process.

Minor cosmetic variations or imperfections that do not affect the safety, quality or intended use of the product shall not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to products, packaging or specifications where necessary, provided such changes do not materially affect the nature or quality of the product purchased.
